  • Good case. Just I have one question. How do yuo decided that is was time to repalced this bearing? Checking trasce, I can see similar traces in all datas, just overall values were changing. What is your alarm level overall? 3 in/sec? Thank you for your comments.

  • Once the alarm level is reached, it is only few days ,may be hours to damage bearing, so when exactly do you decide to replace it.

    And what is the saving,you mean that the replacement time will be sceduled with the off time of the production.
