Full Screen - Launch/exit fullscreen mode

Bookmarks - Create/manage bookmarks for the Nxtbook
E-Mail - Send a link of this nxtbook to a friend
Print - Print some or all of the Nxtbook
Notes - Create/manage notes for this nxtbook
