Two days of training followed by:
OUTAGE! The Planning and Scheduling Experience
Outage! is a unique, interactive simulation game that replicates a real maintenance outage with the typical problems of parts, workforce constraints, quality control concerns, contractor issues, scheduling dilemmas, work orders, safety, risk assessments, and more. The game is fun; yet, it drives foundational concepts and meaningful approach strategies, and it reinforces planning and scheduling concepts and best practices.
Facilitated by your instructor, Outage! becomes a profound learning experience that provides the skills and understanding you need to:
•Drive new improvements and behavioral changes;
•Reinvigorate your planning and scheduling processes;
•Understand the value of planning and scheduling;
•Build respect and teamwork throughout your maintenance department;
•Streamline work flow to produce more time for critical needs.
Previous Attendees:
"The rigor around the training provided was second to none. I would also recommend the use of GPAllied around their ability to influence at all levels of business advising on stakeholder analysis and how best to roll out any solution. We've seen some great results following the implementation and more importantly we have been left self sufficient with the internal skills to push forward yet further."
