Lubrication Reliability Specialist - Keokuk, Iowa

Position Description:

The Lubrication Reliability Specialist position provides predictive maintenance analysis, preventive maintenance, and electrical/mechanical services as needed. This person will be a dedicated on-site technician in the areas of lubrication (primary) and a second reliability technology (ie vibration, infrared thermography, non-destructive testing). In addition, this individual will work with the other reliability technicians and the maintenance technicians as needed. A successful candidate will be required, as a condition of continued employment, to train, test and become certified to the satisfaction of the immediate supervisor in Machinery Lubrication to a Level 1 within one year from their hire date and to a level 2 within two years from their hire date, as well as also be required to train, test and become certified to the satisfaction of the immediate supervisor in at least one other related reliability technology and its respective equipment within two years from their hire date.
