This position will be responsible for leading a highly engaged maintenance team using safety as the main driver to ensure facility equipment is operating at optimum capacity to create plant profitability.
The position will coordinate work assignments with maintenance, electrical, and production operations. This position will be responsible for departmental payroll, maintaining accurate records and communicating with maintenance department and production.
Education:
High School Diploma is required; College Degree is preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires at least 5 years of maintenance experience, including supervision in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to work holidays, overtime, shift work and weekends.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
Must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills. Must pay close attention to detail and use organized approach to work to prioritize assignments. Knowledge of CMMS and formal work process is a plus.
