Job: Reliability Engineer - ADM Bio Products - Decatur, Illinois

Summary:

Analyze maintenance and operating methods, as well as equipment failures, and implement practices to cost effectively improve on stream equipment reliability. Effectively manage maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes using “Maximo”, ADM’s chosen CMMS.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in equipment reliability improvement methods, including PM and PdM task development.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance department
  • Practices using a CMMS
  • Position requires regular, prompt attendance
  • Must have excellent computer skills

Desired Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in establishing and/or using a CMMS managed MRO storeroom would be a plus.

Education:

  • Ideal candidate must have a (4) year technical engineering degree and demonstrated experience managing maintenance practices in a continuous process environment.

Physical Requirements:

  •  Candidate must be able to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, sit and stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces and work with heights.
  • Must be able to become respirator qualified.
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a variety of work environments (i.e., hot, cold and dusty).
