We, currently, have opportunities available for a number of dynamic, high-performance Equipment & Reliability Engineers at Houston, TX; Memphis, TN and Wilmington, DE. We are seeking Equipment & Reliability Engineers with SAP PM knowledge and experience to support manufacturing plants regionally in using SAP PM to manage maintenance and reliability of process equipment. We are seeking that these professionals have experiences in the following areas: Working with manufacturing plants incorporating Maintenance and Reliability best practices into the plant’s site SAP PM’s maintenance work management procedures; tracking, documenting, and communicating appropriate M&R metrics; teaching role responsibilities and accountabilities to the various roles involved in the maintenance work management process and how to use SAP PM to manage the work; analyzing the plant’s master data and implementing improvement processes; communicating process issues and potential upgrades with the appropriate SAP PM Business Process Owner (BPO); analyzing plants’ use of SAP PM to perform work in conformance with best practices; identifying gaps, developing and implementing strategies, improvement programs, and control plans to improve M&R, MIQA, and business performance; and working with plants in establishing personnel daily habits that support the standard work management processes and extracting value from the SAP PM tool.
** General Description Text For C 12000093 ** Provide maintenance and reliability systems and equipment consulting across the company. Performsimprovement audits at plant sites in both a leadership and a support capacity. Identify gaps in a site’s work practices and helps define the business value for improvements. Develop strategies, program proposals, improvement programs and control plans to close the gaps and deliver business improvement and help the site implement. Obtain program funding as required to support developed programs. Perform technical consulting in various offerings such as root cause failure analysis, reliability centered maintenance, uptime/UPbase, and system preventative maintenance. Interacts with other consultants, plant and business personnel, suppliers, and contractors to accomplish business improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering
- 5 years or more of work experience in the use of SAP to manage maintenance and reliability in a process industry.
- Reliability tools such as RCFA, FMEA, Weibul analysis, statistical analysis, etc.
- Software systems such as SAP PM, Meridium, Microsoft Office tools.
