This position is located at a chemical plant in the Pasadena, TX area. Qualified candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance as well as 3 years experience as a fulltime vibration analyst, and should hold at minimum a Level II ASNT-TCIA Professional Vibration Analysis Certification or industry equivalent.
Will collect, analyze, and evaluate vibration data and convert data into actionable information. Write technical reports documenting component issues and provide recommendations to resolve issues. Work closely with planning, maintenance, and operations to implement corrective actions. Maintain equipment performance metrics and provide trending to demonstrate predictive maintenance effectiveness. Candidate will be accountable to ensure that all databases and inspection work is compliant with the Shaw Standard.
This is also a Lead position and the candidate must have experience scheduling and coordinating the work of other vibration technicians.
Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Possess strong organization skills and able to perform duties with little direction as well as strong interpersonal skills and works effectively and well in a team environment. Candidate must possess a detailed knowledge and understanding of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance techniques and technologies.
