Revolutionary New Portable IR Model PSC-IRVT Series

Process Sensors presents a new series of economically priced, excellent value non-contact infrared video cameras for fast, easy and accurate temperature measurement featuring image and video capture in an instant with built-in recording and playback functionality.

The light weight (1lb.1oz.), ergonomically designed housings of the PSC-IRVT-1000 and PSC-IRVT-1600 feature 2.2 inch thin film transistor color LCD displays that provide sharp, crisp snapshot images (JPEG) and videos (AVI).  The video recording and playback features are easily accessed with the touch of a button, while the built-in dual lasers pinpoint the exact target size.  A3GB card comes standard and up to 8GB can be selected optionally.

With 640 x 480 pixels, the multi-functional PSC-IRVT Series thermal imaging cameras feature temperature ranges from -50° to 1600°C, making them ideal for general purpose plant and equipment maintenance as well as HVAC and refrigeration, bulk material conveyors, and transportation/automotive applications.  The PSC-IRVT series works equally well with virtually any non-shiny material, but is especially effective with paper production, wood, textiles, gypsum, brick, rubber and powders.

In addition to the IR temperature, the PSC-IRVT measures humidity of 0 to 100%RH and ambient air temperature up to 50°C.  Displays include the IR Max., Min., DIF, and AVG recording settings in addition to High and Low Alarm points.  The operator may choose from five language settings:  English, Spanish, German, French and Chinese.

Standard equipment includes a USB cable and a K-type temperature probe that enables the operator to determine and adjust the emissivity for the particular material being measured.
