All Functions Are Required to Eliminate Gaps

After the Reliability assessment, an integrated approach involving ALL FUNCTIONS is required to eliminate gaps. Agreement by senior and operating manager levels on the mission, plan and incentives for achieving Reliable Capacity® is imperative. Focus on critical systems and set clear expectations. Production must allow access for completing preventive and proactive maintenance tasks and operate the equipment within design limits. Maintenance must complete all maintenance tasks and meet production needs in a timely fashion.
