The process of identifying sources of variation to identify the key sources causing a problem. Eliminating these root causes will have the biggest impact on solving the problem.

  • The knowledge of the root cause of any problem before or after failure of the equipment ,will lead to more analysis and tracing of a new points of view for the problems and technical knowledge for the new designs.
    The knowledge of problem analysis and solving is renewable for all equipment ,that is why the studying of that points of view makes also the knowledge unlimited.
