Motivating High Performance Teams

Keeping your high performing team motivated can be difficult. Start with clear expectations and fair consistent follow-up by providing rewards and recognition to your employees.
Remember to:
1. Be Fair in distributing rewards and recognitions
2. Recognize the hard work of all employees
3. Invent ways to recognize small as well as major accomplishments
Set reasonable and planned performance standards and communicate them to know how to achieve them.
