Through raising awareness and identifying a business case, we can secure support for reliability initiatives that help us to better manage our assets. We are successful when we have a shared sense of understanding on what is critical as well as why and how to focus on the things that matter the most. Handling short term pressures to reduce costs and improve efficiency against the longer term need to maintain the plant and processes will always remain a challenge. But we have to succeed.
