The metric definitions include a standard definition, objectives of the metric, the mathematical formula for calculating the metric, component definition for terms used in the metric definition, qualifications of the metric (how it should be used), a sample calculation, a harmonization indicator and references.

Currently there are 10 metrics for sale through the SMRP online store, with another 25 to be added over the next few weeks and a total of 70 are projected to be available by the end of the year.

To further enhance the value of the metrics to our members and the profession as a whole where applicable, these metrics have been harmonized with the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS).
