About This Title
Many public and private sector organizations around the world have initiated a reliability and asset management program to drive efficiencies, mitigate risks and manage the asset throughout the entire lifecycle. Contributors to this implementation guide have made “the journey,” and thus gained experience in developing, implementing and/or operating a reliability and asset management program. They’ve experienced the ups and downs, the successes and failures and the barriers and challenges, and have the change management experience required to create valuable and sustainable reliability and asset management solutions.
