This session is designed to support the discovery of the effective use of the Uptime Elements Implementation Guide and RAM-GPS Assessment Method Powered by Uptime Elements to:

  1. Identify the steps to successful implementation
  2. Identify the challenges that get in the way
  3. Develop root causes for each of the challenges
  4. Align the root causes with key themes
  5. Develop solutions to overcome the challenges faced during implementation

Aim: Discovering effective implementation approaches, such as project management balanced with change management and performance management balanced by culture and organizational health
