You will leave this session with a clear understanding of how to align with operational expectations and attain the stability and control that is required to enable maintenance. Our goal is to train professionals in the asset management & maintenance reliability job fields to become leaders in reliability and to help attendees obtain the CMM Certification.

This advanced workshop is designed for any team and/or individual who is a stakeholder in the management of maintenance. The series of 18 modules will alter our perspective on what it takes to manage maintenance and deliver the AIM of your organization.

1. Maintenance programs can be threatened by operational choices, errors in maintenance, process anomalies and others.
2. Maintenance programs only succeed if maintenance requirements and operational expectations are aligned.

PRE-WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS

IMPORTANT - Requirements Prior to Start of the Workshop:

• Order and read Strategic Maintenance Management Body of Knowledge
• Access and complete Uptime Elements Academy Learning Management System (LMS) course lectures and quizzes (link and instructions on accessing the LMS with be included in your registration confirmation)
• Participate in a CMM Workshop student expectation and orientation call to review details and “rules of the game” (2-hour briefing offered online and delivered by facilitator prior to workshop)
