RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the SUEZ Water Technologies Solutions, Minnetonka manufacturing site’s Maintenance vision, strategy and execution. The Maintenance Manager will work to establish a world-class maintenance organization with superior asset reliability and uptime to enable a safer, more profitable and increasingly more competitive manufacturing site. By proactively pursuing improvement opportunities, making data-based decisions, establishing measurable and repeatable performance to maximize effective use of assets and assist the business in meeting agreed production, cost and improvement targets in a sustainable manner the individual in this role will help drive operational excellence.

Core Maintenance responsibilities: • Develop and lead a site Vision & Mission for Maintenance with partnership of the operational teams • Implement a world-class, preventive/predictive maintenance framework and best-practices sitewide • Foster a partnership culture with the operations teams focused on serving the site operations, implementing sustainable improvements to maximize machine uptime/Overall Equipment Efficiency and continuous improvement of maintenance practices and fundamentals. • Maximizing the maintenance teams’ operating efficiency, trouble-shooting, root-cause investigation, countermeasure implementation, preventive/predictive maintenance activities while contributing to internal projects as well. • Planning timely execution of Preventative Maintenance with the Maintenance personnel. • Ownership of the site maintenance budget (plan and execution of Maintenance Operational Plan) • Oversight of facility contract management (HVAC, lawn care, supply etc.) • Supervision of direct reports (Facility & Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, Buyer, Reliability Engineer) • Provide coaching and leadership for the Facility & Maintenance organization of about 25 people (indirect reports) • Establish and drive maintenance KPIs: Daily & Weekly schedule compliance, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance schedule compliance, backlog, wrench time/utilization, overtime, MTBF/MTTR, etc.

Essential Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (manufacturing or engineering discipline) • Min. 8+ years of hands-on operational leadership experience/leading a team and executing maintenance initiatives. • Influencing and coaching skills • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions • Able to identify significant deviations from the operating plan and budget and work with site leaders to identify corrective actions using appropriate continuous improvement tools (kaizen, visual systems, 5S, gemba, six sigma, LEAN

Desired Qualifications (a plus but not necessary) • TPM, Reliability Center Maintenance experience • Capital planning experience • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
