Terrence O'Hanlon

Terrence O'Hanlon, CMRP is an asset management leader specializing in reliability and operational excellence.He is a popular keynote presenter with the ability to deliver awareness about the business advantages of asset management to top management. He is the Chief Executive Office of and Publisher for Uptime® Magazine, a print and digital publishing company and event management group. The group also publishes over 100 books and maintains a deep body of knowledge on these topics.

Stanley Sommer

Stanley Sommer, is the Facility and Infrastructure Systems (FInS)Section Lead for the National Ignition Facility. FInS is responsible for the installation, maintenance, operations, repairs, commissioning, and upgrades of a variety of mechanical and electrical systems for the National Ignition Facility (NIF). NIF contains the world’s largest and highest energy pulsed laser system which is used for the stockpile stewardship program and high energy physics experiments. Stanley manages a team of engineers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff responsible for reliability engineering and support of the entire lifecycle of FInS systems. Stanley has over 25 years of experience in team and field management, structural mechanics, and infrastructure engineering. In addition, he has been a Group Leader in Engineering for almost 15 years. Before joining NIF, Stanley was a member of the StructuralMechanics Group which supported several LLNL programs and he participated in the development of several Department of Energy standards for seismic safety. Stanley has received numerous NIF and Engineering performance awards, his team received a reliability engineering award at the 2015 International Maintenance Conference, and he received an award from the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology for clean construction techniques. •MS, Mechanical Engineering, Stanford University, 1993 •BS, Mechanical Engineering, University of California Davis, 1989 •Professional Engineer – Mechanical, State of California, 1999 •Certified Reliability Leader, 2015

Nick Jize

Nick Jize, has 20+ years background in RCM and Predictive Maintenance leadership. He has a master’s degree in Engineering and is a CRL. Nick is also the co- founder of JMS Software, a company that produces RCM software solutions.
