Collecting ultrasound data should not be a robotic task. Walking through the plant with a heightened sense of hearing, there are a lot of observations made. Creating field notes can provide an explanation when data deviates away from a trend or when actions are taken in-the-field. They help others understand your data and explain alarm conditions and breakaways from baselines. Choose to register events directly to your ultrasound data collector, or create and edit them later during report building.
