Starting on Wednesday 26th March at Wetherby Racecourse, SoftSols is once again running nationwide roadshow events, following positive feedback from last year’s events. The event, which will run from 9.30am till 2pm, comprises interactive sessions, customer case studies, as well as a thought-provoking talk from Andrew Fraser, ‘A reliable plant is a safe plant, is a cost effective plant.’
After a well-received appearance at several roadshows last year, Fraser will present again at the Wetherby event. “Although reliability isn’t the only way to ensure a safer plant, it is very difficult for companies to have a good safety record without being reliable,” he explains. “Studies show increasing the proportion of preventive and predictive maintenance results in a clear decrease in the number of injuries, in some cases by as much as 50%.”
SoftSols is an industry leader in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). Its Agility Software provides a real-time overview of assets, work orders and planned schedules. “Providing a continual view of what is going on in their plant allows organisations to better plan maintenance; and planned maintenance is the driving force behind a successful organisation,” says Fraser.
Event attendees will get the opportunity to see all the latest Agility features in action, learn about the benefits of a professionally managed implementation programme, and to network with other industry professionals. In feedback on last year’s programme, 93% of delegates said they would recommend the roadshow to a colleague.
The Wetherby roadshow is the first of four 2014 dates announced by SoftSols. The next event takes place in Heathrow in June.
