Kerry successfully implementation of the 1 Kerry Plant System (1KPS) which Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) plays a pivotal role in driving reliability and sustainability across APMEA region. This transformative program, rolled out across 30 sites in 17 countries, focused on enhancing reliability, operational excellence, and sustainability. Through the initiative, Kerry achieved a 30% improvement in preventive maintenance compliance, a 24% reduction in unplanned downtime, and a 34% increase in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Cost-saving measures, including the localization of OEM parts and optimized spare management, led to savings of over EUR 3 million. Additionally, Kerry advanced its sustainability goals, saving 55,000 cubic meters of water and preventing 600 tons of food waste. The 1KPS initiative has strengthened collaboration across sites and established strong vendor partnerships, reinforcing Kerry’s commitment to operational efficiency and leadership in ALM.
