About the role:
We are seeking a Bilingual IT Support Specialist with strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, who has Cvent experience. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all events in Cvent, troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will work directly with customers and document processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting current platforms and applications such as Cvent, HubSpot CRM Enterprise, HubSpot Marketing Enterprise, HubSpot Content Enterprise, HubSpot Commerce Enterprise, HubSpot Automation, Reporting and Management, Lemon Ink, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Box, Basecamp, Zoom, LMS Management.
- Minimal of 2 Years experience with Cvent
- Lead the setup, configuration, and management of events within the Cvent platform.
- Collaborate closely with event planners and stakeholders to understand event requirements and tailor Cvent solutions accordingly.
- Design and customize event registration websites, email communications, Attendee Hub, and session surveys within Cvent.
- Implement event workflows, including registration, payment processing, attendee management, and reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to event registration, payment processing, and data synchronization.
- Provide guidance and training to event planners and stakeholders on using the Cvent platform effectively.
- Assist in the integration of Cvent with other systems, such as HubSpot.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Cvent event management technology.
- Generate event reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for event improvements.
