Syclo established the award to recognize outstanding achievements in its global partner network made up of systems integrators, device manufacturers and innovative technology developers, such as CIBER.

“CIBER has been a valued partner of ours for years now - we’re proud to call them the first-ever Syclo Partner of the Year for the expertise they’ve shown in a total solution for ERP-based mobility that includes everything from software to implementation to IT services,” said Rich Padula, Syclo president and CEO. “In addition to their ability to package a complete mobile solution for clients, CIBER provides SAP services globally, making them an ideal partner for Syclo and its client base.”

One of the reasons CIBER won was its successful collaboration with Syclo this year on a national rollout for a provider of wireless voice, messaging and data services. Together, the two companies extended SAP® Business Suite software onto Motorola handhelds, letting employees take inventory in their retail stores across the US.

“It’s truly an honor to be named Syclo’s partner of the year,” said Russ Wheeler, senior vice president of CIBER’s ERP division. “We feel it speaks volumes, not just about CIBER’s success with Agentry platform technology, but about the nature of our close collaboration in driving results for large-scale operations such as field service, inventory, delivery and route accounting, and enterprise resource planning.”
