Dave Reiber Joins Reliabilityweb.com

New position will expand delivery of competency based learning programs and strategies for the effective application of the Uptime® Elements™ Reliability® Framework

Reliabilityweb.com announces that Dave Reiber has joined the Reliabilityweb.com® team as Senior Reliability Leader. The new role is effective immediately.

Mr. Reiber has 20 years as a leader in Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Condition Monitoring as the former Global Training Lead for Enterprise Asset Management & Predictive Maintenance Business Lead for General Motors.

Reiber is a seasoned international trainer with deep experience in handling diverse cultures and languages. Mr. Reiber received a Chairman’s Honor Award for Leading Team in developing Global Maintenance Business Process and a CIO award for successful Enterprise Asset Management deployment in Liuzhou, China.

Dave will join the Reliabilityweb.com Functional Leadership team responsible for developing long-term strategy with a focus on expanding capabilities for the Uptime Elements Reliability Framework and on continually improving the Certified Reliability Leader™ learning management system.

Reiber added, “I am happy to join the Reliabilityweb team. I plan to leverage the lessons I learned leading reliability and asset management in one global organization to a broader group of organizations who are interested in overcoming the challenges that come up during the reliability journey. I am also looking forward to facing new challenges that will expand my own leadership capabilities.”

Reiber is a CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) from the Association of Asset Management Professionals, CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, a Certified Deployment Professional for Maximo Asset Management, Certified Level 1 Infrared Thermal Imaging, and Certified Level 1 Ultrasound. He is also a member of Plant Engineering Advisory Board, a member of the North American Maximo Steering Committee for GM, a member of the IBM International Maximo Advisory Council, a member and co-leader for the International Manufacturers Group for Maximo.
