Why is inspecting the roller bearing bolts important?
• Loose mounting bolts will cause vibration and will gradually cause misalignment and bearing damage.
How to inspect
• Use strobe light to check external lock rings and setscrews for signs of loosening. Look for signs of shaft moving inside bearing.
• Safety First - Beware of moving shaft!
