MAINTelligence V5.0 now uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (and higher) as the heart of its data repository. This change provides users with considerably improved system performance, scalability and data security. Other key new features include support for WindowsTM 8/8.1, tools to simplify migration to the new SQL Server database, improved grids and data displays, enhanced data query capability, and a refreshed graphical user interface.
Steve Reilly, DMSI director and chief technical officer, states “This is a watershed moment for MAINTelligence. Over the last fifteen years, MAINTelligence has served hundreds of companies managing programs for operator asset care, lubrication management, condition based maintenance and maintenance management. With V5, MAINTelligence is now positioned to take on a larger role as an enterprise asset performance management system that can manage your entire reliability program from shop floor to boardroom…”
“The new design of MAINTelligence V5 preserves and enhances the versatility and capability of MAINTelligence, while opening the door to exciting future developments. Over the next few months, look for exciting new features in the areas of dashboards, mobile computing, resource scheduling and asset reliability strategy management.”
