Maintenance Connection Rolls out ‘MC Gives Back’ Initiative

Each center is outfitted with computers that represent an opportunity for the children to learn practical skills on that will be useful to them when they enter the workforce as adults.

Maintenance Connection provided them with basic training in Microsoft Office during their visit. In addition, they also upgraded the computers and computer networks and even put their backs into a little manual labor by painting and repairing the buildings where necessary.

“Our team was able to build relationships with the Cambodians and make an impact that we’re confident will be long-lasting,” said Brad Squires, Vice President, Maintenance Connection, Inc. Continuing, he fondly reflected on how “some of our team members even had the opportunity to make paper airplanes with several little kids who had watched our team working at one of the centers.”

The trip was a major success for the CMMS firm, and, most importantly, the children of Cambodia. Its team is looking forward to making similar trips in the future to assist underprivileged individuals.
