The Meridium Certified Services Provider (MCSP) program is a collaborative partnership established to allow industry providers to leverage Meridium’s APM software in conjunction with the services they deliver to the marketplace. The program also provides a global network of partners which can ensure the success of client projects by providing the highest-quality implementation services as a complement to services provided directly by Meridium. The MCSP designation provides the APM community with a higher degree of confidence about which providers have established relationships with Meridium and who can deliver high-value services to improve APM initiatives, thus helping companies achieve their goals.
MCSP program members are evaluated and trained on Meridium best practices, methodologies and software. Among other criteria, MCSP participants have demonstrated their skills and experience with various APM work processes, are utilizing Meridium APM technology for delivery of their services, and have completed MCSP training program requirements.
