Motors@Work teams up with Fluke Connect

Motors@Work now offers an out-of-the-box integration with Fluke ConnectTM Condition Monitoring tools making it easier than ever to generate insights that drive maintenance actions on your motors and motor-driven systems.

“Fluke Connect resolves the number-one barrier for firms looking to lower costs through advanced analytics: how to efficiently generate condition data on diverse assets,” said Rod Ellsworth, CEO of Motors@Work.

Fluke Connect automates the collection of electrical, vibration and other machine data from over 80 wireless sensors and portable tools. Using Fluke Connect, maintenance teams can combine continuous monitoring and route-based data collection to create monitoring strategies tailored to their diverse asset bases.

Motors@Work combines operating data from Fluke Connect with enterprise asset management records, manufacturer specifications, utilities rates and more in its innovative performance analytics platform. With Motors@Work, maintenance teams can:

  • Use condition monitoring to initiate corrective actions
  • Enable total cost of ownership, health, and performance to drive asset repair vs. replace decisions
  • Reduce energy and maintenance costs and by optimizing the efficiency and reliability of your motor driven systems

Most importantly, Motors@Work gets its analyses to the right people, at the right time—within your existing business processes—using its out-of-the-box, single-sign-on and embedded-intelligence integrations for EAM and CMMS systems. By embedding its analytics into existing business processes, Motors@Work aligns the entire organization around improving asset performance, breaking down the communication and information barriers that often exist between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and others.

“Motors@Work turns data from Fluke devices into a key weapon for maintenance teams. This partnership delivers the type of end-to-end IoT solution, powered by Fluke data, that the industry needs to maximize asset value,” reports Dave O’Reilly, President, Fluke Digital Systems.

Fluke and Motors@Work will demonstrate the end-to-end solution—including Motors@Work’s IBM Maximo integration—at Maximo World, held August 7 – 9, 2018, in Orlando, Fla. In addition to the live demonstrations on the Expo floor, Motors@Work’s Director of Client Solutions, Nicole Dyess, will present the solution during the conference’s AI & IoT Showcase.
