PdMA's line of portable testers are designed to monitor and trend the condition of AC induction, synchronous, wound rotor, DC motors, and their circuits. Among the testing capabilities are power quality, power circuit, stator, rotor, insulation, and air gap.
The equipment can be utilized for quality assurance applications, trend analysis, or diagnostic evaluations. Through use of the testers, unexpected downtime and motor repair/replacement costs are reduced dramatically, resulting in rapid ROI and increased production. Whether you are using the MCE® for static testing, the EMAX for dynamic testing, or the MCEMAX® combination unit, you are assured of the most comprehensive and effective analysis of motor and circuit condition available.
The MTAP2® and MTAP3 (for smaller enclosures) are designed to increase safety and reduce connection time for online testing. Both products meet OSHA and NFPA 70E definitions for safe voltage. No longer are you required to wear PPE or perform time consuming tag out and lock out procedures. In seconds you are able to connect and collect accurate data to determine your motor health.
Released in the fall of 2013 the MCEGold® M-Series includes a redesign of the tester and upgrade of the software to MCEGold® 2.6.2. The software upgrade includes the MTAP Link Configuration program. The MTAP Link Configuration functions when the tester is connected to the motor via an MTAP.
