Reliability Leadership Institute Community and Uptime Awards Winners Gather at IMC 2022.
The International Maintenance Conference 2022 is the meeting place for professionals, investors, researchers, scientists, and Asset Management specialists from around the world. This great event offers conferences, workshops, Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) Workshops, the pleasure of sharing experiences and acquiring and updating knowledge, enjoying an incredible variety of scientific exhibitions, and benefiting from the networking of this meeting. The Uptime Awards are the highlights of the event, along with other special meetings such as Women in Reliability and Asset Management and the Reliability Leadership Institute (RLI).
IMC 2022, taking place in Marco Island, Florida, December 5-8, co-located with The RELIABILITY 4.0 Digital Transformation Conference, hosted the RLI and Uptime Awards Special Gathering, on December 6th. This conference provides a space to learn about the latest technological advances that strengthen industrial reliability, and the scientific and managerial approaches that support the business of asset management.
RLI is a community created by Reliabilityweb.com and the Reliability Leadership Foundation (RLF) Consortiums. This community of practice brings together asset management professionals, engineering consulting firms and solution providers, all working together to "improve the business effectiveness and sustainability of reliability and asset management". This special gathering between RLI and Uptime Awards participants represents an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties, exchange experiences, and improve communication and relationships between industrial maintenance and reliability professionals.
Organizations using the UptimeĀ® Elementsā¢ framework have embarked on the Reliability journey to achieve operational excellence, increased competitiveness, economic strength and safety for all, in a process of continuous improvement and effective management of their assets. This consolidation of the reliability culture has spread among the best managed organizations in the world, as well as in emerging companies that understand there are better ways and methods of doing things. The culture and science of reliability is constantly evolving, and the most flexible companies are adapting to it, taking on novel methods with proven results.
As an organization, Reliability Leader Institute focuses on learning, experience and training future leaders in Maintenance and Asset Management, creating a strong and large Community of Practice (CoP), made up of asset owners, engineering consulting firms and solution providers from the public and private sector, and promoting the knowledge, language and techniques that improve business effectiveness and reliability sustainability within the industry. This constant work creates a new shared vision of what maintenance means according to market demands and within the framework of the massive digitalization of services and processes. Unifying this vision, promoting this culture, relying on the universal values of Integrity, Authenticity and Responsibility is what will create not only stronger and safer companies, but also a better world. In the words of Terrence O'Hanlon, "a world in which everyone has a place and no one is left behind".
This special meeting is a wonderful occasion where all the points of development of reliability and asset management converge. The goal of these meetings and the Reliability Leadership Institute is to make the world safer and more sustainable with no one left behind.
