A major area in which lot of organizations find difficulty is the alignment ISO 55001 requires. Although alignment seems logical in order to realize most effective strategies and decisions, obstacles exist like the difference in level and habitual ways of measuring performance. Along some examples, we define a process to develop a performance dashboard for asset management.
