This submission is to recognize a new in-house developed program titled “Tech-Time” for improving reliability by eliminating defects causing downtime, production losses, and waste. The complicating factor, however, is people are involved. To address this, we implemented a Technical Helpline program as a part of our human factor initiatives. This helpline is available around the clock providing, immediate access to guidance and advice utilizing traditional and smart tools such as virtual reality communication approaches. Our dedicated team of experts is well-versed in current maintenance, reliability and quality regulation and aims to bridge any gaps in knowledge. By utilizing this valuable resource, we could proactively establish preventive measures, prioritizing the well-being of and safeguarding our company’s assets. On the other side, it is important to maintain a formal process alongside the informal uncertainty resolution to preserve the reliability of our assets.
