The road to digitization starts with collecting data from machines, and ideally ends with physical actions that are taken by the operators and technicians. The path in between the two is full of vague buzz-words with no real-world examples.

In this talk, we will present how one company leveraged connected sensors and AI to streamline the process of automatically opening work-orders and getting ahead of malfunctions, while gaining visibility to the health of their machines in real-time and impacting the overall productivity of their facility.
