Certified Reliability Leader Black Belts at IMC-2021

One of my favorite #IMC2021 35th International Maintenance Conference activities is awarding the Certified Reliability Leader [CRL] Black Belt to acknowledge Reliability Leaders who have documented and validated significant project deliveries in the areas of Reliability Engineering for Maintenance, Asset Condition Management, Work Execution Management, Leadership, and Asset Management.

The CRL Black Belt program moves Reliability Leadership from the domain of Knowing to the domains of Being and Doing. Remember practice makes perfect and Uptime Elements Domain Mastery Belts are the best way to get a cadence of career making, HR documented and validated accomplishments.

Reliability Leadership Institute members often use Uptime Element Domain Master Belt projects to ensure ongoing access to competency-based learning, community of practices participation, training, cohorts, conference participation, meetings, roundtables, continuous improvement sessions.
