1) Asset Health is a lagging indicator - and a noun - a description.

2) Asset Condition is a leading and lagging indicator - a noun and verb [action]

3) Do you want to influence the lagging indicator [asset health]? You better have a predictive leading indicator like asset condition.

4) Asset Condition Management - managing the condition of your asset for an outcome of Asset Health - in alignment with organizational objectives.
