AM Council delivering Risk and Reliability for Good Asset Management
Delivering the course are three asset management experts. Jim Kennedy (CPEng) is the immediate past Chair of the AM Council and has a 42 year perspective on the escalating importance of maintenance engineering, and over the last 6 years has trained over 1500 people nationally and internationally in the principles and practice of asset management. Peter Kohler is the Director of International Relations and has gained extensive experience in asset management as a Captain and Engineer in the Royal Australia Navy. Since leaving the Navy in 1996, Peter has established a successful risk engineering and asset management consultancy. Gary Winsor is an electrical engineer and has over 28 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of rail and electrical infrastructure and is currently employed full time as Operations Manager with EnergyAustralia.
Local and international case studies are an integral part of the Risk and Reliability for Good Asset Management course and include engine room fire, tender specification for electrical protection equipment, risk and fleet reliability and human resource case studies.
