Thousands of customers around the world recognize and select the solutions of Reliabilityweb.com and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Reliabilityweb") on the basis of Reliabilityweb's trademarks and service marks, which signify high-quality reliability and asset management products and services. Without these trademarks and service marks (collectively referred to as "trademarks"), consumers would not be able to distinguish Reliabilityweb products and services from those of other companies, nor would they be able to readily identify the superior quality that Reliabilityweb trademarks represent. Therefore, it is critically important that trademarks of Reliabilityweb are protected.
You must carefully consider Reliabilityweb's trademark usage guidelines when mentioning Reliabilityweb offerings in your materials or in connection with your own products or product names. You must always make a clear and unambiguous distinction between your own solutions, products, and/or services and the Reliabilityweb offerings mentioned.
Reliabilityweb accepts no responsibility for any violation of legal regulations regarding competition or trademarks by its partners, customers or any third party. In addition to these guidelines, country-specific regulations may apply.
Unregistered or pending trademarks bear the ™ symbol. Registered trademarks carry the ® symbol. A selection of Reliabilityweb trademarks, both registered and pending, as well as a selection of Reliabilityweb offering names, are listed above. Please use these names and their symbols according to the guidelines that follow.
The only use that does not require the symbols is a Web application or other onscreen presentation where the low resolution of the medium renders the symbol illegible. However, in such case please attribute Reliabilityweb trademarks used in this fashion on the attribution page of the application or presentation in accordance with the "Trademark Attribution" section of these guidelines.
To ensure correct use of Reliabilityweb trademarks, follow these guidelines:
In any material that mentions any Reliabilityweb trademark, you must include the correct attribution statement based on the following:
"is/are the trademark(s) or registered trademark(s) of Reliabilityweb, Inc. in the U.S.A. and in several other countries.."
In your attribution statement, replace the placeholder phrase with the names of the Reliabilityweb trademarks mentioned in your material. Place the statement either on the copyright page (which may be the case in a brochure) or at the end of a material if it has no copyright page (in an advertisement or a press release, for example).
If after reviewing the above Guidelines for Using Reliabilityweb Trademarks you still have a question about use, please direct your inquiry to legal@reliabilityweb.com. Reliabilityweb will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request. However, based on volume of requests you should allow several weeks for a response. In the absence of a response, the Guidelines for Using Reliabilityweb Trademarks shall govern any and all uses.
Designing Marketing Material
If you are a partner, customer, or other third party, always use your own proprietary design style when creating and producing a marketing piece. You must not copy the Reliabilityweb design style or borrow any Reliabilityweb design elements.
Guidelines for Using Reliabilityweb-Copyrighted Material
The use of original texts, graphics, images, screen shots, and other materials from Reliabilityweb sources must be approved by Reliabilityweb in writing. In addition, when using such materials, you must include a copyright notice - either in an adjacent area or as a footnote - to indicate Reliabilityweb's copyright. The copyright should read as follows:
" © Copyright {year-year} Reliabilityweb, Inc. All rights reserved."
