New WebSentry Process Monitor Provides Predictive Maintenance

The system monitors and datalogs analog and digital inputs from installed sensors and notifies onsite and remote personnel of any abnormalities via email alerts and/or text messaging. WebSentry is an excellent way to protect your investment in Gardner Denver Lamson and Hoffman multistage centrifugal blowers and exhausters. With faster and more accurate troubleshooting, downtime and repair costs are reduced.

In the event of an alarm condition, WebSentry can notify plant personnel or even Gardner Denver service technicians who can troubleshoot your system using real-time and historical data. Diagnostic packages tailored to protect your blowers include surge, bearing, pressure and inlet filter monitoring. WebSentry can even monitor motor winding and bearings. Six analog and two digital inputs are provided.

WebSentry conveniently packages the functions of a datalogger and auto-dialer into one low cost package. A standard web browser is used, so special software is not needed. With a basic monitoring and notifying program, there are no monthly fees. Live or stored data can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

The WebSentry is suitable for use worldwide with 50/60 Hz capability and UL/CSA and CE approvals. The enclosure is NEMA 4X/IP65.
