Apply for the Uptime Awards, from Terrence O'Hanlon and Past Winners
Hi Terence, O'Hanlon CEO and publisher reliability web and uptime magazine. I like you to consider acknowledging your team by applying for an uptime award. It's great to see that external verification of the work that we're doing it lit a fire for me anyways to want to improve and just get better. What's an uptime award. Well since 2006, it's special categories where we award achievements the winner for this year's award and best reliability engineering for maintenance best leadership for reliability for best asset management program. Now for best overall program, we want to be an industry leader. This is confirmation that we're doing that because we're execution is kind of way to rubber meets the road. We're putting the strategy the tactics into action. We have a Workforce we have local efforts yet. We need to get ourselves how good how far from Excellence, you know, so often when we're making improvements around reliability Asset Management, the improvements are way time disconnected from the time. We put the work in to make those improvements and oftentimes people don't really connect the dots backwards to those were good decisions. We made way back when we sold a lot of our metrics start to change. We saw the mood the culture starts to change. The language is definitely changed within the organization. What we want to do is celebrate all of the great decisions. You've made that led to your current performance and today's programs. We own all the way through and now there's a sense of pride in the organization. We're looking that you were over here and you took your program over here and you believe your team deserves some acknowledgment for that and that's one thing that I feel pride in is going in having a bunch of talented people. It's amazing and it just excites me so much. I love it. Every single participant who's applied for an uptime award has told us that they have benefited tremendously simply from the self-nomination process took the time to put it in paper submit it and you're now here at IMC. We did a really comprehensive review of everything that we did from a maintenance perspective. We are done with the plan do it's now time to check under just so winning. The award is part of the Assurance for the chick and we'll give us that chance to to adjust. You don't want to be stagnant and you don't want to accept where you're at now, so I'm not the type to really Gets diagnant or just kind of be content with where I am. I always want to improve so please consider getting your team the recognition that they deserve for the accomplishments that they're making by applying for enough time award today.
