Mike (Howie) is the Director of Customer Success for Commtest Inc. with over 14 years of maintenance and reliability, business management, and engineering experience.

Having served in capacities from Journeyman Reconnaissance Aircraft Mechanic in the United States Air Force, to Reliability Engineer, to Maintenance and Reliability Manager, to Plant Manager Mike has not only a theoretical foundational understanding of maintenance and reliability, but also the practical knowledge of "what really works."

Mike has authored and co-authored several papers, and presented at several regional and national conferences focusing on the human element of PdM technology deployment and success.

In addition to experience Mr. Howard holds numerous professional and educational credentials, and is an active member of the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals serving on the Board of Directors as the Director of Improve Member Services. Mike's credentials include Level II Vibration Analyst, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, AAs - Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, BSc - Business with a Concentration in Leadership, and an MSc/eMBA with a concentration in Organization & Management and specific focus in Change Management.
