Sanofi: Best Work Execution Management Program:
Sanofi is proud to be recognized with the 2025 Uptime Award™ for Best Work Execution Management, honoring the successful development and deployment of our Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) Ecosystem. Built on the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) framework, the Ecosystem standardizes maintenance operations across our global Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) network. It defines clear roles, processes, and KPIs, with a strong focus on defect elimination, continuous improvement, and seamless collaboration between maintenance teams and internal partners. Today, M&R teams across Sanofi sites begin their days with structured rituals and streamlined ways of working that reinforce a consistent, high-performance culture.
Developed over nearly two years through a collaborative, ground-up approach, the Ecosystem reflects our SMS mantra: “by the gemba and for the gemba.” It was piloted at our Val de Reuil site in Normandy and launched in three waves to more than 30 sites worldwide. Each wave was supported by in-person bootcamps that enabled implementation planning and open dialogue. The rollout coincided with our OM3 organizational alignment, which helped clarify key roles such as reliability engineering, planning/scheduling, and stores management. Drawing inspiration from the Uptime Elements™, the Ecosystem emphasizes executive sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and a process-driven mindset in service of building a lasting culture of reliability.
Central Arizona Project: Best People and Culture at Work Program:
In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, organizations with people-first reliability cultures have a true competitive advantage. What does that mean? To me, it means recognizing that we perform best when we remember we're humans, working together toward shared goals. Each of us brings our own dreams, aspirations, priorities, and challenges. Some of us are raising young children. Others are caring for aging parents or supporting family members with ongoing disabilities. These realities shape who we are and how we show up at work.
As a senior leader at CAP, I've made it a personal and organizational priority to never lose sight of that. We strive to show every employee, every person, how deeply valued they are. Whether it's through encouraging work-life balance, practicing transparent leadership, or emphasizing safety both at work and at home, I can say with confidence we put our people first. This award is both an incredible validation of that commitment and a reminder to keep pushing forward and keep innovating on behalf of the people who make it all possible.

Coca-Cola FEMSA: Best Asset Management Program:
In 2018, Coca-Cola FEMSA embarked on a committed transformation journey to increase the return on its assets, optimize our financial decisions, and strengthen our global competitiveness. Its main challenge was to improve return on invested capital (ROIC), reduce costs, and evolve the way we made decisions regarding CAPEX and OPEX. To achieve this, they created their own asset management model, aligned with ISO 55001 standards, covering the countries where they operate: Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, and Uruguay. This required a solid strategy that could be scaled internationally. “Our approach was based on a clear premise: linking operational excellence with tangible financial results” -explained the organization upon learning the results of the award.
After redefining and standardizing its decision-making criteria in all countries, the company undertook a training program in asset management, maintenance, and reliability for its staff, reinforcing both their technical capabilities and the culture of reliability. Its Asset Management Program was based on five strategic actions that defined its success: Value-focused diagnostics, Linkage to financial objectives, Skills development (training an international team certified in CMRP, CRL, and ISO 55001 to lead this transformation), Digitization of management, and Asset management culture (promoting a cultural shift from reactive maintenance to a mindset of reliability and prevention). "Our goal was to improve ROIC by 8%, but we achieved a 14% increase, which had a direct impact on the company's financial results. These achievements not only strengthened our competitiveness, but also validated the direct relationship between mature asset management and business results, understanding that the human factor is our true competitive advantage, because cultural change is as important as technology," said Coca-Cola FEMSA executives in reference to the results of their efforts, which have been recognized with the Best Asset Management Program Award.
