Join in on the journey to the reliability domain for a TekniPlex Consumer Products plant in Washington State. Based on the Improvement Kata discipline, we used lessons learned from the "Uptime Elements Implementation Guide" and "Don’t Just Fix It, Improve It!" books to increase our plant’s achievements.
