Stanford Health Care (SHC) operates a broad range of facilities, spanning from buildings established in 1959 to cutting-edge structures integrated with the latest technologies. To effectively manage this diverse infrastructure, SHC has implemented an Aging Infrastructure and Capital Reinvestment Committee governance framework. This committee oversees a comprehensive asset lifecycle management workflow that seamlessly integrates field maintenance, APM analysis, FMEA reporting through our EAMS. This approach ensures a robust process for making informed decisions regarding capital investment strategies. This presentation will provide guidance on leveraging data to translate into useful information for decision makers driving a culture of reliability.
