NGC was using a marketplace for online catalog shopping with ERP & recently extended it to Maximo for MRO parts sourcing with P2Insight's e-commerce framework. Requester can punchout & shop for parts with Grainger, McMaster-Carr, Motion, ULINE, etc. They have become much more dynamic & responsive!
