AEDC operates 68+ test facilities in 8 states, with unique capabilities. We monitor thousands of assets, including 1HP to 83k HP motors. Our team focuses on improving asset condition management through Reliability Engineering, PHMS Engineering, and Condition Based Maintenance Engineering. Our programs include vibration, ultrasonic, infrared, motor circuit analysis, as well as lubrication and fluid analysis, with an on-site NDT and chemical lab. Our databases track asset health and provide a single point view of each facility’s condition. We are increasing the number of assets monitored while implementing wireless monitoring and predictive maintenance using AI/ML algorithms.
