Being part of an O&M organization means not only dealing with the day-to-day asset maintenance but planning for the recapitalizations and enhancements that will keep the capabilities of the facility current for years to come.

This presentation will highlight our organization’s journey to use several aspects of Maximo, including a custom project planning application, BIRT reporting, and Maximo Scheduler, together to ensure project plans are developed and executed considering time and resource constraints.
