This new partnership will expand APICS’ presence in the UK and enable increased distribution of APICS’ world-renowned education, certification, and membership programs to operations management and supply chain management professionals in the region.

“We are pleased to have IOM as an exclusive non-profit association partner,” said APICS Chief Executive Officer Abe Eshkenazi, CSCP, CPA, CAE. “This collaboration creates opportunities for knowledge sharing that will benefit the profession worldwide.”

“It is exciting to be able to offer APICS certification and membership programs to the nearly 19,000 members of IOM and its sister organization, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport,” said Leonie Edwards, Manager of IOM. “APICS programs, including the well respected Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designations, enable IOM to provide more comprehensive resources to local professionals and bring an international perspective to our programming.”

IOM’s members will have the opportunity to become members of APICS and participate in international networking forums. APICS members worldwide will benefit from access to IOM events and courses.
