Clockwork to Deliver Predictive Analytics for EAM Running on SAP HANA®

Becoming an SAP OEM partner is a key milestone in Clockwork’s strategy to elevate its solution to be an operational must-have for asset managers. By running Clockwork’s Insight LCM and Engage LCM solutions on SAP HANA, asset data can be processed even faster and leveraged enterprise-wide to proactively improve availability while helping to control costs and reduce inventory - with a clear vision of future operations, costs and risk.

“Signing this OEM agreement with SAP is a significant milestone for Clockwork and will help us to further extend our Insight LCM platform,” stated Joe Berti, CEO of Clockwork.  “Our plans require cooperation with key partners like SAP and illustrate our ability to execute and leverage investments that our customers have already made.  Our Clockwork LCM Cloud technology will be optimized on SAP HANA and will bring a new level of sophistication to how assets are being managed across the enterprise.”

Using big data for enterprise asset management, Clockwork has rapidly leveraged SAP HANA to enhance its real-time decision support. The Clockwork platform generates volumes of ‘future bigger data’ by sourcing, collecting, cleaning, correcting, completing and categorizing critical asset performance data used in predictive analytics to optimize parts ordering and maintenance scheduling, while reporting on asset performance, uptime, utilization and ROI.

“There is a new breed of organizations that is further extending our technology by embedding it with their own, which is allowing customers to achieve increased value rapidly,” said Steve Erdman, National Vice President and General Manager, OEM Group, North America Ecosystem and Channels, SAP.  “We believe our customers will be further empowered to leverage their SAP investments even further through Clockwork’s proactive approach to managing enterprise assets with predictive analytics. Respectively, our solutions highlight big data, technology and customer value and are the key intersections for helping businesses run better.”

Clockwork initially worked with SAP as a participant in the SAP Startup Focus program to showcase Clockwork’s Insight LCM solution running on SAP HANA at SAPPHIRE® NOW in Spain last year.  The Clockwork team connected with customers, executives, partners and experts and further confirmed its approach to working with SAP; that experience solidified the company’s plans to deepen cooperation with SAP through this OEM partnership.

Clockwork will be exhibiting in booth 1432 at SAPPHIRE NOW in Florida, being held May 14 - 16.
